John Wilson, Founder/CEO
John is one of the most senior business analytics leaders in the senior housing industry. As director for advanced analytics at Brookdale Senior Living, John specializes in machine learning and real estate data strategy. Beyond that, he has more than 10 years experience in analytics for industries like hospitality, travel, and residential real estate. John has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA from Occidental College.
Joe Wang, CTO
Joe is an expert in artificial intelligence and data engineering in real estate finance. As a senior analytics leader with Freddie Mac, Joe brings experience solving problems in technology. He is a sophisticated leader in data management, infrastructure, and business intelligence. He has background in ML for housing, construction. Joe has two Masters degrees - one in industrial engineering from Texas State University and another in Data Mining from University of Central Florida.
